A one-page website for your business, hosting, updates, backups, a TLS certificate, SEO basics and technical support. Maintenance does not use up hours, and there is no separate bill for it. The price excludes value added tax (0% VAT), and VAT is added to the invoice.

There is no setup fee, and I make a draft of your website for free. You see the draft before you decide anything. The first 14 days after publication are free. If you cancel during that time, you pay nothing.

Prices are with annual billing, which means a contract term of 12 months: a one-page website €154.80 per year + VAT (€12.90/month). With monthly billing the price is €3 a month more (€15.90/month), and the contract continues one month at a time with no commitment. Unless you choose otherwise, billing is monthly. To cancel, just let me know. With monthly billing the contract ends at the end of the current month, with annual billing at the end of the current contract term. If you wish, the website can be taken down and its traffic redirected to another address even before that.

You get a draft within a week of telling me about your business. The website is published as soon as you are happy with the draft.

Not much. You tell me about your business and services and send photos if you have any. I write the copy, and you comment on the draft. The technology, publishing and maintenance are my responsibility.

Yours. The domain name (for example yourbusiness.fi) is registered in your business's name, and it stays with you. It is not included in the monthly fee. When your website is with me, I can register and manage it for you: a .fi or .com domain costs €30/year + VAT. For other endings, ask.

The website is built so that Google can read and understand it: headings, descriptions, a clear structure, speed and business details in a form search engines understand. I do not promise rankings, because nobody can honestly promise them. Read more about visibility.

Yes. The website is designed for phones first, because many of your customers look for services on their phones. For example, PuuKaSa's website scored 100/100/100/100 on mobile in Google's PageSpeed test (measured 11 September 2026).

I do, with no hourly charge. The platform, hosting, updates, backups, TLS certificate, working forms and technical support are all part of the monthly fee. You have one person to call. Changes to text and images after publication are not included in the monthly fee and are agreed separately.

My day job is software development: I am a full stack developer at Jopox Oy, and before that I was a web developer at Hilla Group Oyj. I run Ylimäki Media alongside a salaried job, which is why I take on a limited number of clients. That way I can look after each one properly. The domain name is always registered in your name, and during the trial you see for yourself whether working together suits you before you pay anything.

The add-ons are search engine optimisation (SEO: articles, keyword optimisation and tracking, analytics and Google Business Profile setup) with a €199 setup fee + €19.90/month + VAT, a booking calendar from €4.90/month + VAT per resource (tiered: 4–10 resources €18.90/month, 11–30 €38.90/month, 31+ €78.90/month), language versions €2.99/month + VAT per language, a mailbox €30/year + VAT (requires that the domain name is managed through Ylimäki Media), and a domain name with management €30/year + VAT (.fi and .com, others on request; requires a website from Ylimäki Media). Advertising and content changes are agreed separately.
